after the proposal is selected according to Rule 17, if the concerned proposer does not deposit the amount or security within the time limit according to Rule 20 or if the proposal is canceled according to Section 12 of the Act or if the contract entered into by the proposer is canceled according to Subsection (2) of Section 13 of the Act The Ministry will be able to implement alternative proposal C project. If the project is to be implemented in that way, the Ministry will have to inform the relevant alternative proponent.
